In compliance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations, Aral Games provides this Privacy Policy.

Through our contact form we collect the following personal data:

  • Message (free-form content you provide)

We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined by Article 3, Section VI of the LFPDPPP.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

To send and process contact form submissions, we use the third-party service Formspree, Inc. (a company based in the United States of America). When you submit the form, your data (name, email address, and message) are transmitted to Formspree's servers, which acts as a data processor for this specific purpose.

Formspree has its own privacy policy, available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. By submitting the form, you expressly consent to this international data transfer.

We do not share contact form data with other third parties except where provided by law. External services you open from the site may receive technical information from your browser, as described below.

5. ARCO Rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose the processing of your personal data (ARCO Rights). To exercise any of these rights, send an email to aralboardgames@gmail.com including:

  • Your full name.
  • The ARCO right you wish to exercise.
  • A clear description of the data for which you seek to exercise your right.
  • Any document that helps locate your data.

We will respond to your request within the timeframes established by the LFPDPPP (20 business days to resolve, with 15 additional business days to implement the resolution).

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The site does not include its own analytics or advertising tracking tools. Your browser may store language preferences and technical data needed for basic site functionality.

The store map loads from Google Maps when you open the Physical stores tab. Opening that tab or changing the map view connects your browser to Google, which may receive your IP address, the site's origin and other technical data under its Privacy Policy. The Online tab does not load the map. We do not request your browser's location.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page (aralgames.com.mx/en/privacy-policy), updating the effective date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
